At Rosso Pomodoro, every dish reflects a deep commitment to quality and tradition. Their Neapolitan Signatures are particularly noteworthy; the Signature Verace Margherita, featuring San Marzano tomato sauce, creamy buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, is simply a must-try at just $18. The pizza's light crust, airy center, and crispy edges create a harmonious texture that has customers raving about its authenticity, rivaling the best in Italy.

To start your meal, consider the Nonna's Meatballs, which are house-made and generously topped with marinara sauce, Grana Padano DOP, and fresh basil—this dish captures the essence of Italian comfort food at $13. Pair it with the Focaccia Bread, which comes with garlic oil, oregano, and tomato sauce for a delightful appetizer experience priced at just $8.
As for desserts, the Chocolate Cake is large enough to share and decadent enough for any chocolate lover, while the Cannoli, filled with sweet ricotta and chocolate chips, will take you back to your last trip to Italy. Absolutely delicious! Very light pizza and wonderful atmosphere. Staff is very delightful. Desert was soooo good! Calzone Nutella is to die for! Would recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you.
Amazing pizza that you see coming right out of the oven! Worth the drive over and so glad we did. Can’t wait for my next pizza craving. Coming here!. Best Neapolitan pizza in Centennial by far. Like what I’ve had in Italy. Fantastic and friendly service in a buzzy energy kitchen environment. Do yourself a favor. Try this place. If you regret it/don’t like it- you should probably seek help and try travel, to expand your horizons about what fresh food should taste like.
Very good Neapolitan pizza, the dough was perfectly baked, with a soft center and crispy edges. We were especially impressed by the delicious tomato sauce rich, flavorful, and a perfect match for the toppings. We also tried the focaccia and meatballs, everything was absolutely delicious, well-seasoned, and nicely presented. We happened to catch the lunch special just 10 for a classic Margherita, which was excellent. The place is nicely decorated inside, but we chose to sit outside since the weather was beautiful. Definitely a spot worth returning to!
We have been here twice but it is officially our go to pizza place! Not only is the atmosphere so welcoming but the staff treats us like family! The pizza is incredible! We love love love it!
The pizza was absolutely PERFECTLY cooked. Probably the best pizza we have had in a very long time. Crust was crispy on the outside and beautifully fluffy inside. Meatballs were delicious, focaccia was perfection and their desserts were so delicious I had to order two!
Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas that were delicious! Spicy salami was perfectly spicy. Mushrooms and calabrians delish. Love the Caesar too. But the best part was the hospitality. Emelda was so kind, engaging and really cares. The guys working the pizza oven were also so nice. Definitely check this place out! We will be back. Great pre Fiddlers snack.
We are here now enjoying the best Italian pizza in Denver. Service is so great and gentile, and pizza is so good! Excellent job to all the staff! Can’t wait to come back tomorrow again before we leave home to Italy. Yes we are Italians and if you like Italian food you need to come here!!!! Maria & Corrado Assisi, Italy
They are going to need a bigger place. Friendly, attentive, efficient, and serves great pizza. We had a party of six and everything we ate was delicious. They made everyone in our party feel they were a valued customer and person. Our out of town family says they want to eat there every time they come to town and our in town family plans to frequent even though it’s a little out of the way for us, we’ll go out of our way for there Pizza like they went out of there way to give us a happy family outing.
